What we look for Solid-wood furniture with lasting appeal, including hardwoods such as oak and softwoods such as pine. We do not buy laminate-finished, veneered, MDF or chipboard furniture for our collection. If you’re unsure about construction, include clear photographs of the edges, underside and joints.
Measuring made simple Measure the widest, deepest and tallest points in centimetres. Include any handles or overhangs. Estimates are fine at this stage.
