Standard and Premium cover addresses within 30 miles of Burrland’s base, measured by one-way driving distance. We aim to deliver locally within 10 calendar days of purchase, with the date agreed with you.
Further away, or more than one trip? Ask us for an individual quote. We arrange suitable outsourced delivery where possible and confirm the price before you commit.
A little planning goes a long way.
Tell us about stairs, parking, narrow doors and any other access restrictions. Upstairs placement and complex assembly are assessed individually.
Need longer to collect? A free four-day extension may be agreed beforehand, subject to space. If Burrland cancels for non-collection after the agreed extension, you receive a full refund with no storage or cancellation deduction. We contact you before cancellation.
